I've struggled with weight loss resistance for most of my adult life. In the past I've used extra exercise to counter my unhealthy eating but that's not working for me anymore and I keep getting injured! I learned to fast in varying lengths according to my cycle from the book Fast Like a Girl by Dr Mind Pelz and I've experienced sustained weight loss at 42.  I see so many similarities between the mental cravings we experience for alcohol as I do food.  The thought work we will use to change our relationship with alcohol, also applies effectively to food and fasting.   If you're interested in adding a Fasting Package to your other coaching program, just say so in the message and we can discuss.
